Front Desk / Guest Services Agent

Under the direction of the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for taking guest reservations, Checking guests in and out of the hotel as well as offering guests an incredible stay.

$14 – $18 an hour

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Registers guests into their guest bedrooms as per reservations & checks out guests and settles accounts; collects and verifies payments – cash, debit and credit and maintaining a float;
  • Post guest charges and compute guest bill, collect payment and make change for hotel guests following all cash handling procedures as required by Hotel;
  • Takes ownership of all guest’s complaints and rectify the complaint quickly and efficiently;

Food & Beverage Manager

The F&B Manager/Junior Mgr is an entry-level management position responsible for day-to-day supervision of non-management associates, assigning specified work, focusing on store level operation performance, coaching and developing subordinate Shift Supervisors and other non-management associates and performing all other responsibilities as directed by their manager. This position provides an opportunity for entry-level managers to learn important management skills and practice judgment and discretion skills.

$18- $25 an hour

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervises the day-to-day activities of multiple non-exempt operations associates within a defined individual or group of restaurants, concepts or stores
  • Assigns work tasks and activities, prepares schedules, and ensures that all shifts are covered

Coffee Shop Supervisor

The store supervisor is responsible for leading all team members in the efficient and profitable operation of a The Sweet Shack store. He/she is responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both our customers and team members.

The store manager creates the tone and personality of the store by being an advocate of training, customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to our Guiding Principles and House Rules.

Store Operations:

  • Develops and executes sales and profit plans that are in-line with budgetary goals.
  • Ensures and is accountable for profitability of the store by growing sales and controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, labor, supplies and expenses.
  • Ensures proper team member coverage, scheduling according to the needs of business while maintaining target labor costs.
