For verification purposes, we may also require you to provide personal identification with your date of birth and photo.

If you make a reservation online, we use a third party vendor to process your booking. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted using a secure server and then encrypted. This information is only available to those individuals with special access rights to such systems, and who are required by law or contract to keep that information confidential.
We will only share your personal information outside of the Lund Resort with your consent, where it is required or authorized by law.
(a) when it is required to provide you with services you have requested in which case we will consider you to have given implied consent (e.g. kayak lessons/rentals);
(b) if your stay has been paid for by a third party we will provide billing information to the paying party; or
(c) if you have failed to pay amounts owed to the Lund Resort.
Any such disclosure of your personal information by the Lund Resort to a third party will be made on a confidential basis conditioned upon the information being used solely for the purpose for which it has been disclosed.
